RYAN LEBRETON

Ryan LeBreton brings over 10 years of experience in the appraisal profession developing niche expertise in high-end home valuations, multi-family dwellings, century homes, divorce appraisal, construction appraisals and appraisal review. Ryan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University, obtained his CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2012 and obtained his Diploma in Urban Land Economics through the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in 2018. Ryan continually adds to his educational experience having completed the Appraisal Institute of Canada Continuing Professional Development course in Appraisal Review and numerous other courses. Having completed over 3500 appraisals and over 5000 appraisal reviews, he has establishes himself as a knowledgeable expert in Ottawa residential real estate appraisal practice. Since becoming a partner in the firm he has revolutionized the firms internal processes for appraisal management and developed a standardized framework for delivering high quality real estate valuations that increase overall firm efficiency.
